What if it shows wrong password on phone app

If your phone app show “pwd error” ,“wrong password”, please follow below steps:

 

1) If you have changed the password of system, please kindly delete the device ID on your app and re-add it with new password as below picture shows:

2) If you didn't change the password of system but show "wrong password" on the app, please kindly change the password of NVR system ---restart the system ---then re-add the device on your phone app with new password.

Note: The password for system must be not more than 10 characters and no special characters
